How will I receive my eBook?

How do I book a consultation?

After your purchase, you will receive a message to schedule your session at a time that works for you.

Can I reschedule my consultation session?

Yes, of course. You can reschedule your session as long as you contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

Does my session expire?

Yes, personal sessions must be scheduled and completed within 6 months of the purchase date.

What if I'm running late?

To ensure each client receives their full dedicated time, sessions will conclude at the scheduled time. We recommend joining 2 minutes early to check your connection.

Are digital products refundable?

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and refunds are not provided once the product has been delivered.
