Gua Sha orders shipped to the United States typically arrive within 10-15 business days with free standard shipping.
A faster UPS shipping option of approximately 7-10 business days is available at checkout for an additional charge.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided where available.
If your order contains products shipped separately, you may receive more than one tracking number.
What if my product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Please contact us at support@tomayle.com within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
We will review the issue and assist you in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Sessions with Gayle are conducted via Google Meet.
Sessions with Thomas may be conducted via Google Meet or telephone, depending on your preference.
If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your confirmed appointment. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Your written analysis will generally be delivered electronically within 48 hours after we receive all required information.
